How does billing work?

You’re billed monthly based on the cubic feet you actually have in storage. Rates are marginal by tier: the first 20 cu ft are $3.00/cu ft, cu ft 21–50 are $2.25, 51–100 are $1.75, 101–200 are $1.25, 201–400 are $0.75, and anything over 400 is $0.50 per cu ft. Month-to-month, no minimum commitment, cancel anytime.

How do I get items back?

Log into your account, pick the items you want returned (a single box or everything), choose a delivery date, and we bring them to any address in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro. Standard scheduling is 2–3 business days; rush retrieval within 24 hours is available for an additional fee.

Is there a retrieval or delivery fee?

Delivery back is priced by volume and item count, starting at $49 for a handful of items and scaling up for full-home returns. You’ll see the exact fee before you confirm the delivery — no surprise charges.

Are my items insured?

We handle your items with reasonable care, and the warehouse is climate-controlled, monitored 24/7, and access-controlled. That said, we do not sell or provide insurance coverage on stored goods — third-party warehousing is a distinct product from moving cargo and requires a separate licensed product, which we are in the process of obtaining. We recommend confirming that your homeowner's or renter's insurance policy covers items stored in a third-party warehouse; many policies do. If you own items of extraordinary value, tell us at pickup so we can note them on the manifest and you can decide whether to insure them separately.

What if my inventory changes?

Add items anytime — request a pickup and we add them to your inventory. Return specific items and your monthly bill drops the following cycle. You only pay for what’s in the warehouse.
