Terms of Service

1. Services

Eco Tech Movers LLC provides residential and commercial moving, storage, and packing services throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

2. Booking & Cancellation

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled move are fully refundable. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the move. We accept credit card, debit card, cash, bank transfer, Zelle, and Venmo. Additional time is billed at the agreed hourly rate in 15-minute increments.

4. Liability (Moving Services)

For MOVING services, Eco Tech Movers carries $2M in cargo insurance and liability coverage on goods in transit. During a move, customers select their coverage level (Released Value or Full Value Protection) before the move begins. This coverage applies only to items being transported by our crew during an active move; it is not warehouse coverage.

We are not liable for items packed by the customer, perishables, or hazardous materials.

Storage is a separate product with separate terms. On-demand storage (pickup, warehousing, and return delivery) is not covered by moving cargo insurance. See the Storage Services Agreement for the operational and liability terms that apply to items placed into warehouse storage.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate inventory, ensuring access to both origin and destination locations, and disclosing any special items or handling requirements before the move.

6. SMS Communications

Eco Tech Movers SMS Program

Eco Tech Movers, LLC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers regarding moving quote requests and follow-ups, booking confirmations and reminders, day-of-move updates and crew arrival information, post-move communications and review requests, and occasional promotional offers and service announcements. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services, typically 2-6 messages per month.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. After sending "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin the program, sign up again as you did initially, or text "START" to resume messages.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Eco Tech Movers, LLC does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
