Storage Services Agreement

1. Services

Eco Tech Movers LLC provides on-demand storage for residential and business customers in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro. We collect your items from your address, warehouse them individually with barcode-level custody at our Farmers Branch, Texas facility, and deliver requested items back on your schedule.

2. Billing & Payment

Storage is billed monthly, per cubic foot per month, on marginal tier bands (see /storage for the full table). Your first invoice is issued on completion of pickup; subsequent invoices are on the monthly anniversary of first pickup. Payment is by credit or debit card on file, authorized in-app via Stripe. The account is monthly-to-monthly with no minimum term.

3. Pickup & Return Delivery Fees

Pickup and return delivery are billed separately from monthly storage rent. Each trip fee is calculated from total volume + distance from your address to our Farmers Branch warehouse. The exact fee is shown in-app before you confirm each reservation. There is none fuel surcharge and no post-facto surcharges.

4. Retrieval

You may request the return of any item or your entire inventory through your online account. Standard scheduling is 2–3 business days from your request. Retrievals are per-item — one box or the whole load, your choice; the return delivery fee is calculated only on the items that actually move. Rush retrieval — within 24 hours — is available for an additional fee.

5. Facility & Custody

Items are stored at our facility in Farmers Branch, TX. The facility is climate-controlled — temperature and humidity regulated year-round. Access is electronic entry with access logs, and the site is monitored 24/7. Every item is barcode-tagged at pickup and logged in your online inventory.

6. Loss & Damage

We handle your items with reasonable care. We do not sell or provide insurance coverage on stored goods. Third-party warehousing is a distinct product from moving cargo and requires a separate licensed product, which we are in the process of obtaining. We recommend confirming that your homeowner's or renter's insurance policy covers items stored in a third-party warehouse — many policies do. If you own items of extraordinary value, tell us at pickup so we can note them on the manifest and you can decide whether to insure them separately.

7. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be placed into storage. Our crew will refuse them at pickup:

• Hazardous materials — explosives, fireworks, flammable liquids, propane, kerosene, motor oil, paints & solvents, pesticides, pool chemicals, batteries, or any corrosive substance
• Perishable food, plants, or live animals
• Firearms and ammunition (handled separately per Texas law)
• Cash, jewelry, personal identification, medications, and irreplaceable documents (we recommend you retain these personally)
• Illegal substances or contraband
• Items requiring refrigeration or temperature control beyond ambient climate control

8. Ending Your Storage

Because storage is monthly-to-monthly with no minimum, you can close your account at any time by requesting return delivery of all remaining items. The final trip fee applies as normal, and no further monthly invoices are issued after your inventory is empty.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
